Career Mode 2005 Thread

I just won the League cup against chelsea with Bradford City in league 1. Throughout my career I have been with Lincoln City then rangers for about 6 years then leeds united until i got fired and went back to rangers for a year then i changed to liverpool for about 3 years then went to Arsenal.

haven't updated in a while... i don't really know what to say here...

1st in the EPL (with MUFC) after 25-30 games, with 4 losses on the season.

Knocked out of the English Cup by Chelsea in the 4th Round... I had such a hard English Cup schedule... First round was a bye, then I faced Liverpool, then Arsenal, then Chelsea!!! The teams that are left are mainly mid-table EPL teams, or Championship/L1 teams.

Won the League Cup vs Newcastle... We had a game the day before, against Arsenal, so many of my key players were tired. We went down 3-0 in the first half vs Newcastle, but rallied in the 2nd half with 2 goals from Rooney and one from Ronaldo. In the 89th minute, Newcastle scored, and shortly after Paddy Quinn (Keane) was sent off for a hard tackle. However, MU got the ball and played it to Rooney, who beat two defensemen to knock home a 4-4 equalizer. In overtime, MU hit the post twice and had a shot stopped on the line by a defenseman, but kept pushing. Eventually, with 3 minutes left in the second half of extra time, the most unlikely scorer sealed the game: Samuele Maniero (Lorenzo Amoruso).

My last game was a 2-1 defeat to Chelsea, who got two goals from Drogba.

My career with PSV had a badass start. I was 4-3-1 at one point, with Van Bommel and Cocu both injured. Now that they are back my team is back to winning. I think I'm 9-3-1 now. I'm second place right being Ajax.

Btw, does anyone know the best teams I should sign with for second season. I am going to finish with half a star.

Well i have been playing for a little bit and i was in the yeah 2013 ... managing manutd and i havent lost a single game in my 8 year managerial career (yeah the diff is too low) ... but i installed the creation center and it totally fu*ked my career.

Finished season with Celtic, won premier league by 5 and won scottish cup defeating Dunfermline 3-1.

Signed with Auxerre(French Ligue 1) and I'm currently sitting in 1st place at 5-0-0.

Finished with PSV and now at Club America. I'm broke and my players are ok although I need a defence. I use the 4-1-2-1-2 formation.

Goals from van Bommel (2), Paulta, Pardo, Ameliala (sp, don't really know his name), and Claudio Lopez. Any help for a cheap but good center defensive mid?

I'm currently 18-0-0 with Auxerre in the French ligue, and I'm first in my EFA group with 7 points(2nd place has 6). I've won my 2 Coupe De La Ligue matches. I'll have a more detailed update later.

EDIT: Won Ligue 1, finished undefeated.
Won EFA Cup, beating Rangers 4-2 in the final. Won Coupe De France by beating Lille 2-1, and also won the Coupe De Ligue.

I attempted to get at least one of the 2 created players I have made(Ones on Auxerre, the other is on Celtic), but both teams are at the min. player limit.

Using the Man U hack , is it possible to have two separate careers with Man U going at the same time or will a second srew up the first?

im play as newcastle its the 4th round of the league cup and burnley had to forfeit the match... I got a 3-0 win for the game...

Didn't know that could happen lol, first time i've seen that on fifa.

maybe... i beat birmingham in the next round 2-0 to move on to the semi's vs arsenal.... so i hope to move on.. arsenal is in 7th place in league play. they won there group in the champions league as did newcastle...

it shouls make for a great semi final match up though.. ill post my team tomorrow...
