There is no REAL way to sign up thru the website to join WCG. You just keep tabs on the website and look closely at the news. Theres a downscroll on the right side of the main website that has all the participating countries and their Flags. Press the country your in and it will take you to the official WCG site for that country. You should watch closely during the months of March, April, May and June. Preliminary news starts around Febuary or March and the actual competitions mostly begin in April/May. Once you find out where your nearest Preliminary/Qualifier is, you just show up and Sign up in person.
Make sure to show up 1-2 hours early because there is A LOT of incompetance, and U need that time in case they make sign up mistakes or bad directions. Most WCG Administrators are Volunteers, or just doing it for the free travel and decent pay so dont expect professionals. Personally, unless you play your game at least 3-5 hours EVERY DAY, most champions play 7+ hours a day, dont bother showing up. You will just get incredibly embarassed as the key to winning is purely on experience/bugs.
If your willing to make that sacrifice, Good luck Kozeng. But let me just say, the 'road' to WCG is the REAL way to get into that competition. meaning u gotta find every league, every top team, every bit of community news via national/team/clan websites to find top quality training partners. WCG can be a lot of fun, but its no joke to those who live to prove their country is best.
