Before I uninstall the game, can anybody tell me if this is normal? I checked roughly 10 pages back and saw somebody else post the same question with no answer. So again...is it possible to get rid of the overly shiny look of the players in night games? I'm using an ATI 9800 pro with latest drivers. Thanks.

Good question.. I just throught it was because I had a cheap geForce fx5200 card that the players looked stupid at night. Even at high res.

I think everybody have this shiny effect in night games,its not related to your graphic card (i am not 100% sure tough, just 99%)

OK, thanks. Guess, I'll keep it installed and play it. It just looks so stupid at night games, ans so beautiful for day games. What was EA thinking with that plastic look for the night games? Yeesh!

I find I get the shiny effect at only certain grounds, must be something to do with the brightness of the floodlights.
