Got to Options, then Transfer Market. Your team will come up as a list, click on the player you would like to sell, and then either accept the offer or decline. You can do that as many times as you'd like. So if you want to sell the player to a certain team that's in your league, just keep declining until that team offers.
You cannot offer a player to a specific team, unfortunately, it's all random.

6200 points is about right for half of a season. If you play on World Class, I believe you get a few more each game. Also, if you use more of your upgrade points on your finance department, that will get you more for each game won. If you keep a clean sheet, that helps as well. I also believe that the more players that have 8, 9 or 10 as their performance rating for the match, the more points you'll get.

At the end of the season, you can either re-sign with your current club, or you can look through the list of other clubs that are offering you a job. If you don't see the team that you want, just back out of the list and go back in, and you will see a slightly different list each time.
A rule of thumb is: multiply your manager rating (number of stars) by 2, and those will be the clubs that will offer you a job. For instance, if you are a 2 star manager, then you will be able to manage 4 star clubs, but not 4 1/2 or 5 star clubs. It's not always true, but usually you can't manage a team that has 2 stars more than what your manager rating is.

I started another career and I'm with West Ham United now. I'm 7-2-1 and in 2nd place behind Plymouth Argyle, who are 7-3-0. I kept most of my players, and added 2 right backs and sold my 33 year old keeper, a central defender and 2 of my aging strikers and bought Paolo Maldini's replacement. He's only 19 and promises to be a solid defender. He's already the best defender on my team.
