MY COMP:
Pentium 4 2.8GHz, 512 DDR RAM, DirectX 9.0b and a Radeon Power Color 9800, 256MB RAM card...

I run the game with all graphical options maxed out, and I didn't have any problems. The game's graphics seem to be like the UT2004 graphs....stunning, even on less powerful comps. But I dunno, when I get the full game, and still run everything on max, it might lag a bit or something during a huge city siege....who knows. :O

yea but i'm more interested in the play than the graphics. so many times the AI has been **** and ruined a beautifully thoughtout game. :kader:

on on any of the Total wat games ;) the AI has always been challanging, cant wait to get this game.

Im especially eager to Beat some people online with my great tactics of war (H)

BTW i had too much fun letting my elephants cut through the Roman Lines! in the demo that is.

then they got out of control and had to put them down :( :confused:

Just read the little qoute I had in the original post in this thread.....that shows a lot of intelligence from the AI...and there are some more examples of this in the full preview at Gamespot.......worth a read ;)

Yeah, I had the same problem, but how do you put them down?
They seemed to make one charge into the Roman lines, and then they'd run amok and leave the battlefield.....stupid elephants :crazyboy:


Oh man, I can just imagine (in the full game).....you're trying to expand your empire by conquering some African/Arabian territory and they charge you with a ton of elephants and ruin your sh!t... :( (H)

You sure you weren't playing the game on double or triple speed? :crazyboy:

Anyways, I didn't really notice any "speed" problems with the units....if anything.......I think they tire to fast if you make them run......:confused:

No, i had it on the proper speed but after playing MTW for the last 2 years it seemed a little quick, that was the view most people shared on the Rome total war board
