mental Stats, which is good and which is bad

okay I cant find anything which explains what each stat does. there was a thread or some webpage where it exlaplained everything but I cant find it anywhere.

Whats a good number for temperament 1-20, what exactly does it mean

also controversy, is it better if a player has a high or low number in that area.

Temperament: The higher the stat for someone the better they are at not losing their head, e.g. someone with low temperament may be prone to getting angry or not liking substitutions, e.g. Di canio.

It is similar to proffesionalism

Controversy: The higher the number the more likely the person will do something eccentric and unexpected (usually in the media), e.g. abuse fellow players, a low number will be someone who rarelly speaks to the press and just gets on with the job. e.g. Nicky Butt
