and that means:

- He is a very big talent when he is 16 or younger.
- He's not a big talent when he's 20+ because he has never been called up for the -21 team

Not 100%. The Dutch FA is not very open about their youth teams (and why should they, with the bad results they achieve...).

Gil sucks so much IRL. He was pretty decent, but now he doesnt score a goal since November 2003. I'm at the semis of the UEFA Cup, against Chelsea, won the first game at The Den 5-0. I'm 7th in the league, no CL for me i guess, unless i win the UEFA Cup.

i don't think you'll get UEFA Champions League qualification by winning UEFA Cup, this isn't listed in the qualification in UEFA's official documents ...
