Defenders Cup

Nobody forces you to play cups, so here "they charge me so they should fix it" doesn't work. Funny thing I don't rant about it. How about finding a good tactic that might suit your team?

The thing about finding "a good tactic" is that there's no logic in anything right now. Results vary from hour to hour, without any reason what so ever.

And just for the record, I'm sure MZ would love for me and everyone else who pays to enter cups, Live etc to stop doing so. MZ'd be dead within a month, it's a paying service and nothing else. Saying anything else is plain wrong.

I speak out of frustration, wich you might have noticed and I might change my mind about the game engine within a week if i start to win against the poor opposition i mostly face during the day, who knows. I do find it strange though that the same opponents I beat easily just two weeks ago all of a sudden draw and beat me without any news about a change in the game engine.

It does make you doubt.

Well yes, I must agree it's a poor way of promoting the game, but I also never said MZ Crew were the markets of promotion (in my eyes they really aren't). Their problem is that they are currently getting enough money from Brasil and Argentina to sponsor them for the time being.

I actually have only two complaints about the simulator. Players having bad intelligence about ball position and the visual bugs...everything else is better than in the last sim, and I've watched many games since the new one.

Problems with the simulator depends on how you define your goal. If they're trying to look like real football they're still a couple of miles off, even though this sim is a improvement on the last in most cases on this point.

But what I rate highest is not something that necessarily looks like football as long as its a fair sim. And by fair I mean favouring the better team, of course the better team should win most games. If I have 20+ shots on goal I expect at least 1 to cross the goal line considering my strikers are quite ok. In my opinion the last sim was better in this criteria. At least back then the better team won.

Whether or not you consider this sim an improvement over the last is up to you I guess, I really don't.

I think my strikers are in a coma or something... Just now I had 29 SC against a 16 year old gk and I managed to score 1 goal. In the 87th minute. 29 chances to score a goal. 1 goal

This is how its been the last week or two

I won 3-1 and 0-3 ... would've been more goals on the old sim but at least it's not as bad as when I play in the knockout cups.

I don't know if my nagging worked or what the hell happened but today I won 7-0 out of 47-0 SC... Updated form perhaps? All though they're still all on 9 just as before

A 1-0 away victory against a sweden team. His team value, worth more then mine, his team was founded in 2001 so i think this was a magnific result to my modest team. First at the moment. And i love this simulator but i agree whit the most of u, the forward´s fail to much scoring oportunities.

Won 4-0. Still first.

hahahaha I beat Freddie Club (tough div4 team from Sweden) 1-0 away, despite being owned 14-5 on SCs and 54-46 on possession!!

Finally luck is on my side for once...

I won 3-2 yesterday at home...just. They scored a penalty and a FK

Won 1-0 on away vs a Swedish team...17-0 SC.

I won 6-0 away from home to the best Argie in my group with a new tactic!!! Things are on the up... My ex-youth 19 yo Geffrey Kirby scored 5 goals...to think he was rejected by the Scottish Zone's galacticos project I alse beat Fc Den Haag in a FL 2-0! They had won all their games in it until today I've now got two great tactics and am currently trying to make a third.

Well Ponte, I played 0-0 with Lautassari FC in a FL today, 5-5 SC, so I guess we're tied there.

Beat Greek division 1 team (I think) Kavala United today 1-0 away, owned them 10-2 on SCs!

As long as I don't choke in my last 2 matches against the 4th and 6th place teams in my group, I'm thru.

Top of my group, perfect record, think is only one game to go so hopefully I'm through

2-0 win, next round at home vs the second, if I win I'm first for sure.
