See thats the thing you cant have it both ways

theres that word durisdiction or whatever they use in court whereever the crime is committed so should the trial and excustion, etc etc.

the only reason why we (the rest of the world) is so for this international court is so that justice can be served to any victims and no country or its government stop that from happining.

(You know how strongly you are against the UN for hampering the Coalition into the build up of this war and many things - interfering? well its the same thing and this international court and alot more).

If you read through my quotes, I am only against military personel being tried by an "international court" that could be swayed by outside political influences.

I am not talking about some dumb ****er who came into my country and started sniping people from the back of a car.
