I have a

PIII 700MHZ
512 SDRAM PC100 and PC133
Geforce4 420 MX 64 MB + TVOUT

And i get slow downs and speedup when i am in the Goalie field its slow down but when i am in de mid field its running to fast!!

Settings 800x600 + Mid

What can i doe ?

You have a low end system, only just capable of running the game i'd say. Try the patch though - it fixed this problem for me.
