Help me! Gamepad problems..

Well, firstly I got to say that my gamepad is a ThrustMaster FireStorm Dual Power, and I've tweaked it so that it appears as Logitech Dual Action USB and I've been able to configure it to my likes for FIFA.
It works perfectly with FIFA, but since I've tweaked it (by 'touching' the Registry and the FIFA *.dat(s) I can't seem to play with it anymore in other games such as PES3, it is just like death...
Anyway to fix this??? Thanks in advance.

The main rule is "DON"T TOUCH THE REGISTRY"
What can I tell you (format c: would solve that). EA will fix the mess. Their Customer support waiting to get about 100 controller problem questions to geting new patch on the way.

Well, don't need to format the computer since I've done a backup of the registry because I'm not a n00b...
