Shouldnt be that hard to find if you know the players nation, position and potential ability... A player like roy keane should be easy to find(altho its not easy to find a regen) when he becomes a regen...

I have quite a few regions, Im sure I have Keanes as I have the best DMC from Ireland in the game
Im sure I have Figo's, F-RLC, name is sebastiano and Batigol's as well as diago pablo simmone, name is Pablo Veron...lol
I had Alan shearer(sp) before, his name was Jeff Bishop, he was only 21 and worth 38 Mil

Regens appear after the player retires, next day.
I had Raul retire and the next day a youngster promoted to the acd. and it was him, some stats were different but it was nice getting a player with such high stats at the age of 17.

do regens start off with the same stats, or eventually work their way up to their "other" player's levels. if it's the latter i think i have kahn...:rockman:

Senior Squad
Zidane & Totti's are the easiest to spot. Zidane usually has 20's in passing/creativity/flair/dribbling as well as a few others. While Totti's usually has ratings of 17+ on avg in just about every stat.

Kewell's is easy to spot too.

In my Ajax game i believe i have all 3 of those mentioned, plus i think i got Arjen Robben through my youth academy as well as van der Vaart. I believe i had Buffon's regen also.

ye prolly overmars coz bergkamp never was that fast. oooo who saw that pass he made against fulham to ljungberg? he's still i think one of the best passers i've ever seen, his technique :)
