Stats not changing

Is it just me or do your manager stats not change at all.I mean I have won bundesliga 4 years in a row and have lost like 10 games I won the Champions League and my stats never change.Know I'm bored cuz it's too easy but no team takes me.Are the stats supposed to change or are me expected to spend our entire life with one club?

By stats, do you mean reputation or actual numeric value attributes?

And which version is your game? (EP)

Both.I don't think my reputation has changed too.The numeric values are like in the beggining there are only 10 and 13 all the way.I win manager of the year every year but no one else wants me.I just installed the latest EP but it still continues.

Mmm I have heard about this in the past. I think that your reputation has indeed changed, even though it is not visible. Sadly, there is no option to view and compare your manager reputation as there was in the previous game versions. Have you tried applying other jobs?

many times.I have even applied to lower reputation clubs?One questiono your stats change?

Not the numeric ones no. But the reputation sure does.

I've two managers in my game, the first won the Serie A and CL twice in a row with Milan, the second brought Triestina from a newly promoted Serie B team to the UEFA Cup.
No other team ever contacted me. Shouldn't all want to have me?

There is a known lack of interaction between components in the game. This should be fixed with EP5.

They do change eventually but very gradually after several years.

what do you mean by several like 10 or 20?
cuz in 5 very succesfull year they haven't changed a bit.

I've been managing up to 2010 and won almost every competition I've been able to or excelled very far in it and my stats haven't changed one bit.

So it's not a bug.
