I just put the shoe_xxx.rx3 on the 3d model file path and the the shoe_xxx_0_textures.rx3 on the face texture file path. Then import and press on assign created materials- xRevo94

I don't know which program he used, but I tried to edit a 3D model with blender and it worked Just put the shoe.rx3 in the 3D Model File path and the texture in the Face Texture File path using FIFA 16 3D Model Importer/Exporter (the same as Fifa 15 for editing faces)- xRevo94
