    Future transfers

    As you probably know, future transfers are players that will transfer to your team at the next transfer window. I once bought a promising young player in March/April. He was listed under Future Transfers. And became my player on July 1st.

    What is the most effective training schedule

    Another trick: For me, when I have only a few days rest between games, I'll zero the Fitness percentage. More energy is available for the week. You just don't want to leave it at zero for too long or too often. Players lose fitness and then lose energy faster. There's a point of diminishing returns.

    Manager level rating

    My 2 cents: If you go to the "My Career" menu, just to the right of center is your manager level and how many points you have. If you hover your mouse over the points, it will tell you how many points to the next Manager Level.
