    On your playergrowth.ini do the following. Scroll down or control F "curve" Below Normal curve there are figures for physical, mental and skill, just increase those numbers for normal and older. Don't budge the young ones that much.

    Open that CM setting, and then delete everything that is written on it (don't save) and then paste what I pasted there, and then you want to FILE SAVE AS "joboffer.ini". Back up your CM setting just encase though. I recommend you download the BCP patch as it will give you all the important files.
