Hey! Can anyone tell in which patch did you edit so that the youth players get a little speed (physical stats) ? Because in vanilla they are all so slow but have great technique.

I have the same problem i want more Slovenian first and last names. Can anybody tell me how to do it ? I have also moddingway mod if that's the problem. Thanks
