    You can adjust the vsync mode in the game actually....add this line to your cmn.ini if you're still seeing the flickering and don't have a v-sync setting for your graphics card. Just place it below the RENDER_EVERY_AI_FRAME = 1 line: VSYNC_MODE = 1
