    installation problems....HELP!

    ok, got it working now what i did is below: - uninstalled completely - Deleted the program files folder - Deleted all relating reg keys in reg editor - removed Data from the profile - upadted Java - disabled my anti virus (in manage) now it works :rockman: :rockman:

    right, well i disabled (in Manage) my Anti virus and the install went a lot further but crashed on "installing unistaller" (how long did this take on peoples instal?) tried to install in safe mode also not luck!! any more ideas?

    Hi, on response to this post i took my copy back to the shop and got another one from a different shop, i still get the error.... any other idea's? My Laptop meets all the required spec, infact it is almost exactly on the "recomended" spec... help much apreieciated as i'm going mad!!!
