    Yes you have to add them manually. Copy the rx3 files to the right folders. They appear if you uncheck "has generic face" in players' face section (Creation Master).

    It seems like you edited them in-game. Young players (I think below birth 2000) turn 58 if you edit them ingame and save afterwards. If you want to edit them manually you have to do with e.g. Creation Master. Care, that you wont be able to play your current career when editing the database with CM.
