    a really easy way to do the transfers is that someone can make a program to parse the transfers from this site http://www.goal.com/en-US/transfertzone.aspx?PgId=1.     SP3 with up to date transfers (online compatible)

    I just figured out its very simple to make an offline option file out of it. go to My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1 and delete ur old option file, its about 1mb. then run the game, it will create a new option file that is based on the update.
