Looking good. You should try to correct the brightness (all the white thing) on his face and the darkness around his eyes. I think it's about the texture. But the model looks great =)

Nice work buddy, do you think about doing another faces from "Rest of the World" teams? Dynamo Kiev have nice players like Mykolenko, Shaparenko, and Popov. Also CSKA Moscow have Diveev...there's a lot of young stars that would be better with real faces
