If you can take a closer look at the scarves you'll discover they are simply the flags texture repeated. So, basically, if you want to change the scarves you'll have to change the flags.

I simply switched off my network card, is it OK? When launching the Frosty Mod Manager it pisses me off to Origin telling me I'm not online and the game doesn't start. Is there any additional option for launching? How can I find a working tutorial about that? Thanks in advance!

No, it doesn't work. The team is working on a 3.0 release that will work with the DLC.

This fix is just temporary as the value is changed back to 0 again everytime you play. Unless you'll change the file anytime before you play. This is an issue I have with FIFA 20 only since the last update: in FIFA 19 I can play with Direct X 12 without a problem. Btw, I switched to Windows 10...
