    Try to cut your file/folder into 8 to 10 parts with Winrar/7-Zip. It will not be a problem while downloading on Mediafire and Mega because they allow parallel download even for free users. And put a password on your rar (e.g. rique ;) ) to be sure these sites leave you alone for a while.
