    Fidel used to release the camera tweaker for free but this year he started charging. Chuny also has this feature I think. Also not free. So unfortunately as of now I'm not aware of any free tool that would allow that.

    You can't find it, cause I'm 99.99% sure it doesn't exist yet. Polish league isn't exactly the most popular and even leagues like the Portuguese one don't have a second division. It is possible via RDBM but it's a lot of work.

    Correct me (anyone) if I'm wrong, but with the new updated Frosty you absolutely should be able to import 3D models from older games. Whether those models will have to replace someone's current head is a question I don't have answers to.

    There's a lack of documentation in terms of this and a lot of people don't create faces because they just don't know where/how to begin. I think by having more people involved creatively we could only benefit from it.

    Yeah, you can take some random dude's face from say MLS and then edit the texture to look like some player from Serie A, assign the face ID via Live Editor or whatever Aranaktu calls it nowadays and bam. It's done :)

    Hair models go together with the head model I think, so the answer is yes. Correct me if I'm wrong tho.
