    you can rename the country by going to database\countries.txt but you can't add or dit the countries because the flags are hardcoded inside the game the only thing you can do is changing Palestinian Territories into Palestine for example

    the fix is simple actually there is 2 fixes 1. If you game is legal reinstall it and make sure that you are connected to the internet while installing and running for the 1st time, the game needs to be activated. or 2. go and buy a legal copy
