Do you create a team using cm or db master?
Robmar taught me in db master
1 copying the last team
2 changing the data of the team
3 changing the information in creation master and adding the team to a league if not creation master dont save the changes
With the db master I don't trust myself XD An error due to distraction or tiredness is enough for everything to fall apart. Maybe you don't even understand where it is possible to have made the mistake. I have low self-confidence, I'm subject to continuous distractions XD

With this kitoverlay naming system only the home kit kitoverlay is used for all kits:

Which kinda negates the whole work I did with making a specific badge/armband kitoverlay collection for each kit.

Since we do not seem to have any official kitoverlay documentation in RevMod14 I downloaded RevMod 16 and checked documentation there:

Directory: FIFA 16\data\sceneassets\kitoverlay\
kittype refers to the kit type (home, away, ect). type refers to where the overlay is used, typically 0 is used when applying to an individual kit and 1 when applied to a group of kits. 2 is added to this value for a tournament final


So I do need the 0 at the end to have individual kitoverlays for each kit.
Thus, if we follow RM16 naming, the correct name for Argentina 2022 away kit is kitoverlay_125466_1_2022_0.png

Then different kits have different kitoverlays as they should

As such, I present to those interested a new version of kitoverlays folder for testing

After all, even if everything fails, there's still a way to just add them to all kit pngs and rx3s.

But for a competition like the World Cup where you don't need to recycle the team for other competitions, put it on the shirt, in the PNG, you don't need the overlay. The overlay is useful if you want to use the same team for multiple competitions. Otherwise it's just messing up for nothing
 
I always have hate the kitoverlay sistems, i know add the badges right into the png, is not good for the DB lines, but it saves you from this kind of issues.

It can be useful for clubs. But for the national teams it is useless. If you have a club let's say 2021-22 season and two competitions (UCL, and league) then they are useful. Same team, same shirts. You change the badge with the overlay instead of having 6 kits on the database. For a World Cup team, limited to that competition... Better on thePNG

I had an idea of maybe one day down the line adding WC qualifiers: using home stadiums, home adboards, home balls, special badges.
But indeed if this last try doesn't work (it should, though), then I'll just add then onto PNGs.

I know your maniacal fussiness and search for detail. If you had to qualify for the World Cup (I hope it for you) I know for sure that you would look for the qualifying kits and the rooster would match the qualifying one. XD So basically a new team.

and also @V.K the al thumama stadium produce crash

When @valambrosio2 and me were working on our addon we had the same idea... Headache, backache, and i've even said dbache xd, is a really hard ambition at least for CP.

Not the shirt... what I mean is, if there is any way to just edit the shorts or just edit the socks (at least in the CM, they appear in the same image, and I don't know if you can edit them separately)

oh , the way I do is just select the socks , click copy the selection and then paste it in a separate document to edit

@V.K Poland has all white kit for home when I set it with red shorts
Already fixed for v2.1 according to @ukwe report.
Home will be white/red, third will be white/white because we need it too e.g. for fame against Morocco.

No, you cant.
But you can copy socks from one texture and import it onto another, then reimport the new combined texture.
