Is it a bug or a feature (camera wiggle)

In FIFA 15 and FIFA 16 I noticed that camera moves really fast. Which makes it very hard to track the ball and what is going on here. Is it generally played that way? I found an info that locking fps to 60 fixes it, but maybe someone made a fix for this to play comfortably with unlocked fps?

i didnt notice this but
did you lock it in the game settings? best way is to unlock fps in the game settings and lock them to your refresh rate in nvidia/radeon control panel

yeah, I locked in game settings.
My monitor has 144 hz, so try to lock both games on hardware to 144 fps?
