given that every hero shown so far can also be found in the 'leaks' prior it's very probable at this stage that all the names posted by/around the same sources will be in the game.
which would give another 5~ or so icons and 15+ heroes. the diversity of countries for each of the heroes fits very well with the fact that it is a world cup year and we already know fifa 23 will have a separate packaged 'world cup' mode when the tournament rolls around this winter.

david villa, di stefano & robben would round the whole thing out. robben // villa should have already been icons suker replaced villa in 21 because of his legal issues and robben got put back as a player (since he unretired suddenly when he went back to fc groeningen)
I have read many of these names here and there but they are just rumors. Simeone and Capdevilla and Marquez and Lucio should be sure having read these names in many sources. Others confirm someone, someone gives other names. Brolin, Uchida, Al-Owairan and King are my first time reading them. If this were the list I would be happy (as long as they are convertible).
Brolin represented the best of Sweden in the 90s. For 6 years (1990-1996) he was their most representative player. I wish there was
I would like Kewell just because the default fifa 14 is worth it.
Papin is a must! He was present in the old Classic XI with a hideous face (like almost everyone in the Classic XI) We are talking about a golden ball, a wonderful player!
Voller Same question as Papin. He is one of those players who were worth the price of the ticket.
Al-Owairan teases me as an idea. Little Saudi genius capable of scoring a goal at Maradona against Belgium in 1994 Nice player skilled in the tight and lethal on open field. If that goal had been scored by Maradona himself, it would still be broadcast on television. He is part of that category of players for connoisseurs and fine palates.
Jarzinho Bastistuta, Muller ... This is the ICON level I always hope to read about. Authentic ICON, the best of the best of the best beyond the time and space of football history
