it is a good starting point. Try mixing your texture with this one. I did it quickly by combining two photos with the Facegen. All the details and the finishing touches are missing, but you have the main texture. For hair, try Vitor Baia.
I also did a quick version, without testing ingame. It is 4 am in Italy and I'm about to fall asleep ... Maybe we can try to merge the two versions?
