Corrected player names for career mode. I have not tested in the game because I do not have this patch. Reason? There is no space on the HDD. The database is UEFA FIPv5. If someone checks it, let him write if everything works.
Out of interest have you ever tried clearing these four files, leaving just the table headers?

I use this method for FIP14, it works perfectly. It certainly works in FIFA 16 too from what I've tested, I haven't tested it over multiple seasons though. Sorry, @scouser09 I don't think I ever told you about this.
Deleting values from your tables only works for: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Poland, USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Maybe something more, but it does not work for Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Serbia, Greece, Romania, Russia, Finland, China, Japan, Mexico and African nations.

If you wish to customize available career mode tournaments using FIP Tournament Manager, you must do so before starting a new career.
When starting a new career, the "European Competition in 1st Season?" which allows you to choose UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League groups is no longer effective and should be avoided. In your first season, these competitions will start with qualifying rounds like all subsequent seasons. This change was necessary to allow the UEFA Europa League restructure and to allow the UEFA Europa Conference League to be added to the UEFA version.
