I don't know if I understood what you meant, but you can replace the existing adboards by "appending" another one. I also do that when only renaming the object brings one add all over the stadium. Now, I have many models of adboards for all kinds of stadiums.yes i alreday learn how to doit...adboards became static....but the are showing only one adrvert all aove the stadium, and thats not what i want. Maybe something with the texture or uv maps

I know, but for example EURO 2016 stadiums or 2002 WC stadiums have that old goalpost shape, that you have on some of EA's generic stadiums. It looks quite hilarious:
All I know is that I install the stadium, created by third parties, on a randomly cloned one. The rest are details that I cannot edit without affecting all the other stadiums. From what they told me if I make that kind of change it affects every stadium in the game. Not being a stadium editing expert I never touched. All default EA.
It depends on what stadium you clone while adding these. I recommend using Camp Nou for cloning
I cannot watch videos for each stadium and play on each stadium present to know which one to use when cloning. If I worked like this I would make one release per year. These are minor details.

you can get messi's 2015 face from fifa 15 files, or here on the faces forum, fifa 15 to 14 converted faces and assign it to messi's 2015 teams
