i was missing the head bump file. Thanks master , that was the step i was forgetting.
How do I do this?
Every conversion from 14 to 13 with your program is perfect in edit but when starting in replay there is a strange error in the mouth.

that s an old upload (wich i deleted),
i uploaded an updated pack, with new faces :
the head bump file :
\data\sceneassets\heads\head_common_textures.rx3
-> this should be the one compatible with the generic face textures
normally all faces (generic and specific) are in the same format,
but if it isnt, u can assign an unique head-bump-file to a player' face :
u need :

2. rename a head_common_textures.rx3 file to: \heads\head_[playerid]_bump.rx3

This will color kitnumber .png RGB-template file(s), from values of a teamkits table (.txt) file
u need :
