We took a look at the mesh format, and added support for viewing and exporting the three main mesh types for FIFA 22 and Madden 22, as the format is similar. Once EBX writing is complete, adding support for importing should be pretty quick.

We also improved EBX writing, adding support for many complex types (struct/class such as FloatCurve), and better patched asset writing (even better than the FIFA 21 EBX version). Still work to be done, but things are progressing well.

Importing CompositeMeshAssets isn't supported and isn't a priority. Even if it was supported, it would hardly mean stadium editing is possible
Ok. But it would be a great breakthrough if it is made possible. In Frosty Editor, importing and exporting stadium files was possible till FIFA19.

At this point, the new EBX format is pretty much fully working. There are still a few EBX types the writer doesn't support, but they are rarely used. For now, we will focus on mesh importing, and work on supporting those last EBX types later on. Release soon, once tested.

unfortunately the locale.ini file is encrypted... I always use it to fix unsponsored teams
if anyone knows how to decrypt to be able to edit I will be grateful...
