It's exported from FIFA 12 Euro 2012 DLC and EA only made the stadiums playable at dusk and night.
I don't know if stadium makers can add day versions to them but I guess magic does happen sometimes.

I don't know if you made this one, but I think Estadio Malvinas Argentinas (Mendoza) is missing and an update on Mario Alberto Kempes (Cordoba) in Argentina... Colombian stadiums are all there...

Holland league is only missing Utrecht Galgenwaard now :D

old recurrant eredivise clubs from Roda JC (Parkstad Limburg), NAC Breda (Rat Verlegh Stadion) and NEC Nijmegen (De Goffert Stadion) are now in Holland second league, sadly.

oh yes, Sparta can be missing too I know, but Sparta is a little bit more recurrant than Breda and Roda.

FC Groningen and Den Haag are converted by rollirellik and both are alreadt in HBZ Mod, Graafschap de Vijverberg is converted too by Rollirellik
