I have a try career is OK,I have not find the issues,you must uesd my provided squads,and you do not mixed other mod,I will modify graphice error,But it has nothing to do with your problem.

No, I did not use any other mode and only use your two files nac 1.2 + nac 1.41, but when entering the career mod and choosing any team, the game crashes and closes

You have a wrong operation，Only nac1.41 supports career mode, nacp1.2 only supports tournament. If you want to play career mode, please don't check nacp1.2. Please read the instructions in my post carefully. I don't have any NACP information in this post
