I've been wondering about that. However, I did not want to leave the ones that are already there, because they are stylized for the World Cup in Russia 2 years ago.
I could do as in PES, that is, upload state flags. However, I was not convinced of this solution because the flags are not of equal size.
The second option is to trim or decorate the flags in such a way that they display nicely on graphics, menus, scoreboards etc. However, this would involve, let's face it, an extra effort to create a design, and then match each flag to it.
And I wanted to add a few fantasy teams to the mod that could not have flags because there is nowhere to get them. And also classic teams that would have to stand out somehow, and for example the flags of France and Italy in sepia look very similar.
This is just my opinion, but the logos of the national soccer federations, especially the bigger ones, look very nice. It is worse with smaller ones, e.g. from Africa, especially when they are in low resolution, but these are exceptions. And I post them on the forum, because they are not on the Internet.
There is some truth in what you say, but this is a job that could wait. If the response is large, I will make the flags available for replacement, but after the premiere of this mod.
Why teams have Krakovia badge on their logos after downloading this kits? How to remove this?
