All the conversions made from FIFA 20 pc version were incomplete as the hair files were not possible to convert(at least not for me), I had to use other hairstyles back then to have at least custom-made versions. Now that we have FIFA21 switch files we can have the complete conversions of those faces present in those updates. It's clear there's a big difference.
