I already made this kit a while back, but it was way off. I happened across one of Perugia's matches, and realized it. I completely remade these kits. I did run into one strange issue making the GK minikit. It is a collar 11 GK kit, but the long sleeve preset seems to be applying a different collar. That's why the minikit for the goalie is with short sleeves. I'll figure it out at some point. It's probably something obvious:

I don't exactly understand what you mean by fonts for the dfb pokal scoreboard. We are -- as far as I know -- stuck with the fonts that are in the game already. The issue being that while they are in ttf format, they can only be exported within a .big file... moreover, I have yet to figure out a way to reimport the font even if I were able to access it from within the .big archive. I would be very very interested to learn how you created custom intro lineups and popups, given that it involves editing hundreds of textures, and the call functions are unknown to anyone that I have yet come across. If you've achieved this, bravo.

I was under the impression that the colors are all red and all white; however, I am sure they do a some interchanging given that the color scheme is simply inverted. So I am happy to upload an fbmod with the shorts swapped. I do post the textures so you can make the fbmod as well, but if you are not able to I will make one for you... under one condition: you have to read what to do and then try it yourself at some point. It is very very easy ;)

* Note that if you made a request I haven't forgotten about you. The update really messed me up, and I have had to do a lot of tinkering with the latest releases to find out which fbmods will not crash my game. Again, I play FUT and so it crashes for some mods that would not crash offline.

Yes, you posted the project file. You always do. But people are too lazy to update the mod by themselves. Sad reality.
