Hey mate...
Do you think you could re-generate these FBMOD files with the Title Update 8?.
One of them (I don't know which one) makes my game get stuck at the pre-match skillgames.

faces don't need to be updated to the next Update, they'll always work fine
Well then something's wrong.
All the mods I use are up to date with the new patch.
However, my game only has that bug (it gets stuck at the pre-match skill games) whenever I load these Wichanwoo faces (which are the only mods with the exclamation mark, not up to date).
i tryed frosty mod manager 1.0.5.7 but, not succes...
any help guys??

it's just a warning, you should be tattaly fine ignoring it and just going on and launching the game
@Chuny have you tried to load without his faces? do you also get stuck at the pre-match? or try to start just with his faces and try to find out which one doesn't work.
try to find out which face might cause it. I'm using his Messi, Arthur, De Jong, Ter Stegen and it works just fine .....
face mod with this mark just work fine. you only would have to worry about mods with changes in the legacy editor .... this are mods not working with a newer game version.
If you use crazy rabit faces, remove pack number 3. Kroos Face is broken and it causes crash.
While it is probably best from a memory usage standpoint not to have duplicate files, it shouldn't really matter. If two fbmods edit the same file, whichever fbmod is lower in the list of applied mods will supersede the one above it. For example, if I create a mod that edits the hair of a player, and I also have an fbmod which edits the face and hair, I can place my mod below the other in the list and FMM will load the face from the mod above mine and will load my hair files... because the lowest file overrides those before it
