I think it's a good idea man, ac12 made a fantastic work but I think that if you'll make next boots based on ac12 model you'll need to update all the previous models as well, otherwise they won't work anymore.

Hey my malaka, I've been thinking about it for a while as well so I tried them. Looks that the low collared boots look pretty decent in game, while the high collared ones look a bit off. So I decided to update them (at least the latest ones that are majorly worn). So far I've updated the Superfly 7, the vapor 13 and the phantom vision, which got a pretty massive, more accurate update. Next up is the predator. In addition @ac12 had updated the old hypervenom, magista and superfly models to match his new legs. The only thing that occured was that the phantom vision needed a slight fix on the texture, which is extremely easy to be done

Does this mean we can't use old and new boots together in game? Only all new with new legs or all old with vanilla legs?

you can do whatever you want. you can still use the old legs with the old boots. you can even have both boots (although the old boots will look off on the new legs). you can't have both legs though, cause they can't be used at the same time
