Anyone figured out how to use real managers faces yet?

Last years you were able to use in-game real managers faces in career mode if you edited a certain line in FIFA.exe from RAM with a hex editor. This year, I cannot find that line. Anyone knows into what it changed? I doubt I'm the only one that wants this :)

Edit the manager table with RDBM.

I managed to get a manager's face with a hex editor, but for some reason he only wears the team's kit, as if he's a player :(

i tried to edit manager in career file and i only get for example Zidane texture with the creation head model? thats weird, can someone confirm how it works?

Because of the possibility to edit manager appearance in FIFA 20 EA has added new fields to the "manager" table in the database.
Editing "headassetid" is not enough to make a perfect copy of i.e. Frank Lampard, you also need to change other values.
I've copied all values of Frank Lampard from original DB and this is the result:
