I have huge list to do for now. And i really want to update many of them what i play most.
But why dont you use Timo's one? I use them, they are perfect and still accurate.
I use last one on first page - EFL.

In 2019 on European broadcasts, is it still like that?

I use same as championship. Last one in his first post. Here Sport klub use that for all EFL leagues.

Only Epl and Bl have their own id's in fifa 16.
La Liga use generic "slot" which use all other leagues overlay_9XXX
But use CG File Server so you can switch easy between matches.
