Does anyone know how to increase youth academy in more countries?
Ex: Send a scout to South Africa, India and other countries.

I have the same issue as OP, I already created a thread but I had no response so I might as well ask here.

I don't see any youth.ini file, only youth scout.ini and scout.ini, is this normal?

look for it with file explorer in any data.big in game folde

Ok so I did what you said, I found all the ini files like scout.ini and youth_scout.ini (from the dlc folder) in data4.big but still no "youth.ini". Are you sure it does even exist ?

look in another mod such as moddingway or hbz so
