Doing this in Photoshop will require too much resources and time.
I'd recommend to learn how to work with command-line tools for image processing like ImageMagick to make it really fast.

For me is just a matter of seconds.... like in the video tutorial... I don't need something else.

I have an old version of Photoshop 5.0 LE still working on a Windows XP PC that I use to make kits.
How can I install your converter?

Hi, I attached installation instructions in the file folder, please read them and you will install it very easily. You need to copy Actions Palette file to the specific folder.

I did it but when I open your file "PES to FIFA10 Kit Converter by MarianTIM.psd" it shows these error messages:

"This file contains adjustment levels. Adjustment levels are not supported by Photoshop LE. Cancel and continue?"

Clicking ok another error message appears:

"This file contains unrecognized data. Cancel and continue?"

Clicking ok the file is opened but pressing CTRL+F10 no conversion starts...

Try to use Photoshop CS 5, or CS3 at least

On Windows xp you need to copy ,,Actions Pallete'' file to C\Documents and Settings\(Your name)\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (your version)\Adobe Photoshop(your version) settings.
But first make sure all your hidden folders are shown!
