Yes it does, it 's your wipe3d lua file that's most likely the problem.
Download it from here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/k5ae2ngdubf8pt2/wipe3d.lua/file
Then place it in FIFA 16\data\fifarna\lua\assets

Really!?? Thanks! With slight adjustments and some color/tone matching the PES textures work out really well surprisingly. I don't understand why FIFA 16 isn't more popular. It's the perfect hybrid PES/FIFA game. I own PES 19 and FIFA 19 and since discovering FIFA 16 and this modding community I haven't played either since.
More faces and wipes to come.

if i create a wipe the picture of what size should be to be supported as a wipe? and then to turn it into rx3 how can I do? rx3 master does not let me add png files

Wipe size should be a 1024 x 1024 png image. All this can be done with FIFA File Explorer.

you mean FIFA file explorer 2014 or CG File explorer mate?

You could use both I suppose but I use FIFA file explorer 2014.

For some reason, CG File Explorer seems not working properly with wipe files, so you'd better use FIFA File Explorer
