That's weird. But anyway, the best way to import and assign stadiums will always be the Stadium Server.
Do you meant CM16?

Looks like its not activated properly.
Try this firts:
- start fifa (you will get fifa config window)
- then start CGFS
- click PLAY on FIFA Config window
See will that make you work CGFS. It will not work untill you dont see ID's and stuff like in video.
Also what version of game are you using?

Please point me in the right direction to this video tutorial for the CG File Explorer. I have it installed and not sure what I'm doing. I did by some stroke of luck get the Serie A ScoreboardGDB attached to Juventus some how. The movie before the match is still default although I put the files in the MoveGDB folder.Looks like its not activated properly.

I found the tutorial videos which were helpful, but does any of this get saved after making these assignments? Do the assignments have to be done every time you start the game? I'm still have trouble getting the file server to know when the game is running. It says FIFA running but when I go to the home screen the home and away IDs don't get filled into the file server form.

Did you copied the fixed "Fifa_Server_Map.dll" for update 7? The original Stadium Server was released before several FIFA16 updates by EA, each of them slightly altered fifa.exe that broke it, so this file is necessary for it work properly (it's available on gdrive link posted couple posts earlier). Also the IDs get populated not on kit selection screen but after it (game settings screen).
Once assigned stadium in Stadium Server gets saved in txt file so there's no need to done it every time.

Thanks for your reply. After copying the Fifa_Server_Map.dll do I have to regenerate? What about the TV, Scoreboard and MovieGDB settings? Are those saved in txt file too??
Edit: Figured it out, thanks for your help! Adding the tip about going to "Game Setting" to activate it made a huge difference. It was a key detail
