I really have to agree with what was said here with the issues of pop ups being a great work of art. It has its great difficulties with settings and schedules in HexCODE ... I highly value the work done by our friend nikolapfc89. Long life to issues.

Is there any tool beside CGFS I can use to import Pop-Ups? I copied the Bundesliga Pop-Up-Graphics direct to RevMod-folder and used the TV Scoreboard Changer to import the Scoreboard. Maybe anybody has a similar tool for Pop-Ups, so I can import EuroQualifier-Graphics too...?

You can import it with TV Scoreboard changer i guess but you must exit game every time you want to use new scoreboard.
CGFS is best solution for fast and in game switching.

I dont know how files work in 14. But i think that they are not same. You can extract one overlay file from 14 to see how looks.
