Will selfmade boot-assignments corrupt a running career mode, even if we stick to the procedure with raplacing the dlc-folder?

the series a still has 3 teams classified for cl, when they would have to be 4.

Can anybody explain to me why this is happening? :D I've seen this at others modes too, and also on moddingway modes, and it is kind of annoying since I am a facemaker haha? I guess I should already know what is the isue but, lol... Anyway, can somebody who knows editing a bit better explain to me why this is happening on most of the mods and is there a way to fix this and to be able to see faces in CM 14/15? Thanks in advance :D

PS. As I understand so far this only happens with non-generic faces...
