I have no experience transferring the FIFA15 and FIFA16 stadiums.
I am sorry. Try to ask RavenFCB, Gonzaga or Kotiara.
And do not you know if Gonzaga is preparing the Sammy Ofer Stadium or does he have a good model?

Yes, he has prepared a FIFA16 model of Sammy Ofer, but it works sometimes and crashes on others. I can send you to see if it can be fixed.

Allianz Parque is already done for PES6 by Pablink, I guess is done for FIFA 16 too.

1. Open it in Blender. Choose whatever you want and need and the rest can erase. Then save it as Collada dae. files.
2. Then let Blender open the stadium and put Collada dae there. Then import the textures and save it all.
3. The final step is to export the entire stadium and try it out.
